Job Description : We are looking for highly capable Curriculum Designer to work on different parts of a new project i.e., setting up a training institute. The training institute will basically be a push from the classroom to the industry. Task are varied, from developing the curriculum from start, making suitable content pieces, help training students, breaking down hour wise content for every course, making sure the syllabus gets covered in time. The topics that the institute is covering are Communication skills/ personality development, Digital Marketing, Robotic Process Automation, Research and Presentation, Sales, Graphic Designing, developing business acumen, Business Analysis, JIRA and Confluence.Key Responsibilities: · Design detailed educational curriculum, including dates, topics and number of hours required per course· Help Creating engaging training course content (videos, quizzes and activities)· Set learning objectives for each course· Determine evaluation criteria· Organize resources for instructors and trainees· Provide manuals and guidelines on how to use online training material· Research and recommend modern educational methodsDesired Candidate Profile: · Work experience as a Curriculum Designer, Instructional Designer or similar role· Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)· Familiarity with Content Creation and its methods.· Expertise in any of these Communication skills/ personality development, Digital Marketing, Robotic Process Automation, Research and Presentation, Sales, Graphic Designing, developing business acumen, Business Analysis, JIRA and Confluence.· Ability to write clear instructional copy.· BSc degree in Instructional design, Educational Technology or relevant fieldPerks and Benefits: Excellent and consistent career growth.Company Overview:ProSofos India Pvt.
