Position :

Job Description : Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Upload payments at online bank portals
Update Receipts and Payments in Tally /QB
Bank reconciliations
Posting sales invoices and reconcile with Revenue report
TDS deduction and filing e-TDS returns
Compiling and filing of GST Tax returns
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing of books of accounts
Assist with other accounting projects
Requirements:
Candidate should have worked on Tally or QB.
Education- B com, MBA, Mcom.
Experience 4 to 6 years
Knowledge in GST and TDS, should have worked on it.
Good knowledge in excel – V-lookup / H -lookup, Sumif, Pivot Tables.
Male only, might be required to work in late hours.
