Job Description : Facilitate the support of Moody’s Financials Application (focus on SAP S/4 Hana FI, SD).Support plethora of existing or new suite of third part and complimentary apps like Prolease, Legal tracker, Concur, Reval, Cortera.Work with Batch monitoring team and act as first point of contact for the batch issue and help triage a fix in pre-defined SLAs.Work as a change agent to develop repeatable solutions by documenting the resolution and maintenance of Knowledge base articles in SAP Wiki site.Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements.Support reporting/query needs including the creation of specifications, master data configuration and maintenance of delivered and custom Z tables in SAP and other ancillary apps.Quick learner and ability to grasp new and emerging technology.Responsible with end to end ownership of the support cases assigned as a part of global CoE team.Weekly EBS and lockbox clearing and catchup.Work on support and maintenance of core SFDC to SAP Billing integration error handling and resolution.Engineer/MBA with a minimum of 3 plus years practical SAP Financial and System application knowledge (S4/Hana).Minimum three years of configuration experience in SAP FI/SD module (AP,GL,AR,FA,GR,SD,RAR, Opentext, Vertex O Series Tax Solution)
Experience of complimentary app like Prolease, Legal tracker, Concur, Reval, Cortera are added advantage.Experience with support and maintenance of inbound/outbound Integrations with SAP S/4 as core.Excellent hands-on Microsoft Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and other MS office products).
Understanding of Financial processes PTP, OTC & RTR to be able to drive conversations with the finance stakeholders.
Excellent Analytical, Presentation and Documentation skills.
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams for collaborating across organizational boundaries and locations.
Knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft teams, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Trello, SharePoint, Miro, Mural Board is desired.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to balance BAU and Project work.Ability to work under time constraints while meeting critical milestones.Ability to diagnose problems and determine effective solutions.Ability to act independently and under general direction to define, implement, and document SAP system changes in support of business process solutions.Experience with developing and conducting training for end users.
