Data custodian for HFM submission of numbers and audit trail tracking pre post close.
Consolidation of Business comments from controller with number validation.
Developing meaningful analytics to help drive better business decisions, Variance analysis and business reasoning from regional controllers.
Provide fact based insights into variances and trends.
Building monthly analysis for critical PnL lines.
External communication planning with business comment review.
Vital analysis on GOP DOR and bookings Publishing results to Controller and CFO community.
Designing reports for Ad hoc requests and providing right degree of insight.
Developing new reports as required Process and people governance for CoE.
Creating and sharing of best practices among CoE Team deliverables.
Mentoring team for reporting and analytics HFM report building checking and consolidations.
Creating headway for CoE Scope expansion partnering with local and global finance teams.
Primary Skills
Understanding of Reporting P L exposure Eye for detail.
Ability of identifying disconnects in reporting.
Clear effective communication skills regular interaction with the stakeholders across the region.
Secondary Skills
Talent identification, nurture, retention.
Ability to multi task work under pressure of time bound deliverables.
