As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing Department with a focus on website and advertising analytics, data architecture support, KPI tracking, and analytical software implementation to help to reach Gemjer’s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.What you will be doing: – Assist in developing analytical strategies that will track campaign and website performance across multiple channels.- Assist in developing data architecture strategies to capture lead and customer information to implement data-driven marketing campaigns.- Monitor and report on website traffic and visitor behaviour to provide insight and recommendations for data collection, page content, layout, and form improvements.- Run reports within data analytics tools to evaluate KPIs.- Organize and implement standardized reporting metrics in Google Tag Manager .- Research, evaluate, and implement new analytical programs, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager.What we look for: – Experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, or Google Data Studio is an asset.- Working knowledge of Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager.- Prior experience in data integration, manipulation/cleaning, analysis and reporting.- Proven analytical and research skills.- Ability to understand complex data and provide actionable insights.- Experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Demonstrate strong presentation skills.- Post-secondary diploma in Marketing or related discipline required.- Minimum two years of workplace experience in a corporate environment or equivalent combination of workplace experience and education.Why you want to work here: You get a thrill from making things look great and providing superior customer service.
