Job Description : Position – Executive Assistant to Director (ONLY MALE CANDIDATES)Location – Lower Parel, Mumbai.Qualification: Graduate / Post GraduateExperience Needed: 4+ years in the role of an Executive Assistant to the Senior Management Team.Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents Design and maintain databases. Undertake Data Analytics from ERP reports & recommended strategies/opportunities for revenue growth, business development, cost reduction etc. Conduct secondary research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports on new business Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications Liaise with internal staff at all levels Interact with external clients Engage as a Key member of FGSPL team for new categories development, JV and other projects Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client Continuously scan all forms of media to identify any information relevant to FGSPL. Current as well as potential new business Market intelligence gathering specifically on current Principals and current large customers Uphold strict level of confidentialitySkill Sets Required: Self-starter with good communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software Proficiency in collaboration, working with teams and delegation of duties Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills Professional approach. Ability to create expanded network of contacts within the industry to enhance market intelligence abilities of the Company.
