About Digital Ag Solutions
Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company for the future and is leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to contribute to solving global agricultural challenges. We have a worldwide presence with sales teams in ~150 countries and around 17,000 employees.
Drawing on over a century of crop nutrition experience, Yara established the Digital Farming unit – now Digital Ag Solutions (DAS) – 4 years ago to explore how technology could be used to impact farmer livelihoods and productivity. Today, DAS has built products for smallholder and professional farmers, retailers and other farming ecosystem stakeholders across Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe.

Responsibilities

Work with our Design System Team and take ownership of the creation and development of our UX writing framework, including the content design strategy, scope, structure and implementation.
Create and edit end-to-end user experiences across our products to improve onboarding, errors, instructions, features, and more. Where possible, improve processes for how content is created, delivered and maintained.
Investigate and pursue opportunities to automate content development.
Safeguard brand voice and alignment across our products and ensure the highest standards of style and writing (e.g., grammar, spelling, syntax, diction, punctuation, brand alignment).
Create and maintain editorial style guides and master copy documentation. Work closely with the subject matter experts, advocating for product and documentation on behalf of our users.
Collaborate with designers, user researchers, legal, marketing, product managers, and developers.
Complete tasks without supervision, identify opportunities and manage stakeholders.
Manage or mentor more junior content designers in our products.
Profile
5+ years experience writing UX copy in hardware, software, a digital agency, or another relevant product area.
Excellent and fluent English writing and editing skills.
Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio of UX writing samples for web and/or mobile applications. Applications without a portfolio will likely not be considered.
Desirable
Experience working with agile project management, localisation, accessibility principles and inclusive UX writing (cross-cultural communication).
Knowledge of web and mobile UI and tools.
Familiarity with user-research principles and how to use data to provide informed user insights.
Fluency in Hindi is a plus due to content requirements for the designated market
