Job Description : Dear Job SeekersGreetings from AVG Corporate ConsultantsWe are currently hiring for Admin Asst in Marathahalli Outer Ring Road BangaloreThe Administrative Assistant will support the Center Leadership Team by managing the administrative systems in order to ensure the smooth running of the Center to meet the needs of our children, parents, staff team and our client center.This includes support with communications, reporting, record keeping, ordering and processing of invoices.The Administrative Assistant will on many occasions act as the receptionist and therefore be the welcoming face of the Center.It is important that the Administrative Assistant engages in safe ways of working at all times and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.ResponsibilitiesCommunications:Follow best practice of customer service to potential and existing parentsRespond clearly to all written and verbal communication from Parents, Client and staffDocument all enquiries and follow the enrollment processTake minutes and distribution of minutes for monthly staff meetings, monthly client meetings etcSend and receive feedback/questionnaires from parentsFurther responsibilitiesSupporting staff with administrative duties and other tasks as requiredPurchasing and ordering of suppliesLiaising with internal contractors for maintenance, purchasing, parent and staff access into the centerAttending all monthly staff meetingsResponding to client internal requestsAssist in the introduction of new families and marketing programsAssist with any internal parent forum meetings/ events / marketing / Updating internal website informationICT skillsHave responsibility for managing the on-line booking systemDiary/calendar management of center and managerProduction of internal ticketsUpdate staff and child information on all the centers recordsDownload photos/sort and email to parents as requiredRespond to reservations/cancellations for backup/full time careProcess Invoices for CIC sign offTimings : 8am to 5pm ,9am to 6pm, 10am to 7pm & 11am to 8pm monthly rotational shiftWorking days : Monday to fridayJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)
