Job Description : POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for an Asst. Manager, who will be responsible to coordinate with Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounts responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for accounts payable/receivable, Invoices, Bank reconciliation, cash receipts, general ledger, MIS reports and Staying up to date with current and prospective company accounts. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations High attention to detail and accuracy, Meet accounting objectives and goals.JOB SPECIFICATIONS EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONBCOM / BS degree in Accounting or Finance / CA Intern preferred EXPERIENCE 4 – 5 year Proven working experience as Account Executive in a CA firm is added advantageSKILLS & ABILITIESTOOLS MS Office, Tally, Accounting software and databases COMPETENCIES Communication Skills, Presentation Skills Flexible in work timings, Positive Attitude.WORKING CONDITIONGeneral Shift: 10.A.M – 6.P.M (M,T,W,Th, F) , 10.
