Job Description : Job Description:

Offer customers the best possible service while respecting the commercial policy of the company

Ensure the administration of orders respecting the response time. Control and encode orders in the system, send order confirmations, send preparation vouchers to logistics

Collaborate on a daily basis with the “account managers”:. Inform them of any problems by favoring verbal contact

Read and follow up on the actions included in the “sales opportunity reports” in close collaboration with the “account managers”

Requirements:

Analyze any customer specifications with the quality department

Detect and solve commercial & logistical problems in collaboration with the “account managers”

Participate in customer or distributor visits on request

Contribute daily to the continuous improvement of customer service and use the tools made available to achieve this objective
