Job Description : Job description: -Candidate should be CA,CA Intern or ICWA1. Overseeing the compliances on a monthly basis including filing of returns for GST , TDS2. Guiding a team of juniors and getting the work done from them.3. Advising the clients and or their accounts team for their queries or various problems from time including giving them solutions from time to time.4. Finalization of Books of Accounts and filing returns for clients managed by the firm5. He/she should have good knowledge and understanding of the taxation including recent amendments and developments in the cat.6. Coordinating accounting functions and programs.Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance7. Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns. Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.8. Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.9. Strong financial analysis skills.10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.11. Strong organizational and stress management skills.12. Proficiency in Accounting software, Tally, Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.13. Ability to train and manage staff.14.
