Job Description : Assist in Hiring and managing teamAttend meetings and record notes and messages for the Director of company.Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff.Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mailAssisting accounts department with payroll and personnel databasesCalling aspiring candidates for various jobs and fixing their interviews.Creating reports for managers and senior-level officers as guided.Administrative managementMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointmentsFix personal meetings of the director with vendors and client.Schedule in-house and external events.Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.Answer queries by employees and clients.Update office policies as needed.Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain and update company databasesMaintenance of Infrastructure and equipmentsEnsure effective functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as neededOffer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spacesQualificationsAn Associate’s degree in a related field, such as Human Resources graduate or office administration, may be preferredWorking knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite0-1 years of experience for entry level positionsKnowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, modern phone systems, and copy machinesPrior experience using spreadsheet software, including ExcelProven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same timeNotable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can followStrong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clientsComfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team.Having own bike is a must.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹220,000.00 – ₹280,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Required)Language:Fluent English (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 30/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
