Job Description : Overview
Motivator is looking for a passionate, energetic individual to take complete charge of the Digital business for the given set of clients in the south, and ensure adoption of Digital as a key marketing/advertising medium for the brand. This person should have a proven track record in deploying strategies to drive business and a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and the shifting ecosystem.

In three months,
Come to speed with the client’s business and the role the agency plays
Worked on digital media plans for some of the finest clients in the country
Identified key issues on the brand that Digital can solve
Started owning performance campaign planning and execution
In six months,
Becomes the single point of contact for all account-related queries, planning and execution
Pushed innovating concepts to drive campaign solutions
In 12 months,
Managing client expectations
Know the system in and out and delights the client with timely and error-free planning and execution
Evangelise digital performance internally and externally
Responsibilities of the role:
He/she is expected to own the given set of clients from digital servicing per se. Provide strategic inputs and thought leadership to clients on the current digital landscape, key changes and plan optimization to maximize campaign performance. Will be responsible for managing the clients and delivering day to day requirements.
Understanding of current digital ecosystem and key trends
Strong project management and client servicing experience and passion is a must!
Define campaign KPIs
Continuous plan optimization to deliver maximum ROI
Review campaign performance and reporting to clients
What you will need:
Minimum 6+ years in the planning, digital strategy and client servicing.
Experience in handling large size digital clients across categories
