Job Description : Tasks

Role of Job (TMOD 60% & HRBP 40%):

This position leads the Talent Management & Learning and Development function for the company.
In the larger scheme of things, the role is responsible to ensure a future-ready workforce. This encompasses critical people initiative such as Success Planning, Hi Pot Identification and Grooming, Career Development and Management Practices & end-to-end Talent Development for frontline roles and all levels of leaders.
The role also looks into conceptualization, design and seamless execution of Organization Development initiatives across the board
Handling Human Relations activities including Strategic HR, Proposing, and implementing org design solutions, increasing workforce capability, Induction & Orientation,

Main Responsibilities:
Functional Learning
Identifying training needs of employees for their current and next role by assessing competency gaps (functional and behavioral) across organization levels
Fulfilling training needs through learning programs (blended learning approach) – existing or newly designed
Developing training content inclusive of but not limited to pre-read documents, participant work-books and assessments (pre & post training)
Measuring effectiveness of implemented interventions and designing relevant SOPs
Establishing and managing the Learning Management System of the company

Talent Management
End to end process knowledge about Talent management Cycle (4 steps), TM portfolio, and development actions on the corporate and local levels. Knowledge of guidelines for talent planning and promotion criteria as well as ability to facilitate the talent and success planning process. Ability to use mySuccess tool in the most efficient way.
Collaborates with CoE for Learning & Development intervention including Organizing Assessment centers, Coaching interventions, and implementation of Leadership Architecture programs
Learning & Development
Developing First Line of leaders to help them transition from Individual Contributors to Team Leads
Building leadership competencies across for Team Leads, Managers of Managers and Department / Functional Heads
To ensure competency development of employees; To ensure Retention of employees
To establish a learning & development strategy
To ensure smooth execution of Induction & Onboarding
To conduct & deliver training for all associates & white collar employees via internal or external stakeholders
To ensure competence development of shopfloor development.
Conduct all Training & customer Audits
Organizational Development & Change Management
Focus topics: Change Management, Cultural Development, Leadership Development, Identifying deriving trends / gaps in development needs and work with the location HR to bridge it
Implement change and organizational development initiatives in line with CoE TMOD directives
Consulting location leaders and employees on all OD related matters.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with location leaders to support development planning and succession planning at location level
To implement & promote feedback landscape (OTL, OBL, MRL and others)
To ensure action plan in place for all surveys / feedback from employees
Improve organizational innovative culture through Organizational Development initiatives on location level (e.g. employee survey, team building, culture development incl. values and leadership, diversity etc.)
Manage vendors for trainings done at location level
Ensure Leadership Trainings & Assessment/Development Centers of all eligible employees and follow-up with IDP and related measures
Supporting and guiding managers as well as individual employees in development program nomination processes in accordance with country specific legal regulations, CoE guidance, and company guidelines while ensuring execution of measures
Driving location programs (e.g. Onboarding, talent development)
Diversity
Support achieves diversity targets at country level by ensuring location Diversity targets are met and country initiatives are implemented in location

Strategic Knowledge :
Knowledge about strategic core HR processes relevant for your role, such as Recruiting Internal mobility/cross moves.
End to end process knowledge about Recruiting Process, diagnostics, related KPIs, applicant tracking and related tools.
Knowledge about the different steps in change management – Ability to lead change in the organization – Knowledge about change methods and tools.
Knowledge of strategy development in general, Policy deployment at Continental and relevant annual business planning processes as well as translation into Human Relations by defining and implementing appropriate HR strategic initiatives required to meet the defined business strategy. Knowledge of specific HR strategic tools such as Strategic Workforce Planning.

Qualifications
Academic degree or comparable experience
At least 9-12 years of HR experience with minimum 6 years of TMOD experience preferable
