An exciting opportunity has opened up for a motivated supervisor to join the team in our Traders Club. The successful applicant will be the go-to for our Traders Club members and VIP guests, making sure that all their needs are met whilst staying with us.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.

What will you do?

Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism among the team.
Be a point of call for all members, VIP’s and Special Attention Guest’s.
Work with Traders Club colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
Remain aware of all fire prevention/safety regulations and ensure that they are adhered to.
Remain aware of all activities within the hotel.
Assist other departments where necessary.
