Job Description : Our client who is in the Education sector is looking to hire a temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant for their school in Abu Dhabi. This would be a 2-month extendable contract starting immediately. Candidates who have their OWN VISA and/or FAMILY SPONSORSHIP will be only considered for this role.

Talent acquisition Assistant will provide recruitment administration including career fair scheduling, position postings, candidate pre-selection, and invitations. The Talent Acquisition Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. Assist with the screening and interview process, and provide other support, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
Minimum Experience
2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment – preferably in Education
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
Good work experience in talent acquisition
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ie Taleo)
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Proficient in using MS Office
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Fluent English communication skills, written and oral
Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner.
Skilled in multi-tasking and handling pressure.
Ability to think ahead and out of the box
Organizational ability of self.
Forethought and forward planning.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate with all stakeholders up and down the organization
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Main Duties
Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Taleo and job boards
Support talent Team in posting jobs, screening CVs and initial screening calls for vacant positions
Collect reference checks/background checks from candidates
Provide reporting and regular status updates to the team
Assist Talent team with job fairs and company recruitment events
Communication with candidates
Other duties as required.
Specific Duties
Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering/making calls
Monitoring and organising the Talent emails, acknowledge receipt of CVs and add CVs to talent database
Working closely with the Talent team to maintain the candidate database
Preparing and posting internal and external job advertisements
Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience
Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting call backs or regret emails.
Resolving issues such as interview cancellations rescheduling
Ensuring correct documentation ensuring recruitment process internally/externally
