ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our on-campus team. You’ll be responsible for:

Connecting with prospective students by making phone calls to prospective students, responding to Web inquires, sending SMS messages and answering inbound calls
Determine next steps with potential students, which is typically an interview, tour of the campus and enrollment paperwork
Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system about current and future activity
Participate in professional development and training activities to improve skills and product knowledge of program offerings
Any other duties as directed by the Campus Director to meet the needs of the campus

Successful candidates will bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years of call center experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, motivated and results driven
Previous experience with online sales is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
