Position : Bakery Production Manager

Job Description : Individual must be a hands on leader with strong verbal communication skills. Must be able to react to changes in production quantities and be able to verbally delegate work where needed. Must possess the ability to learn the manufacturing process as it relates to recipes and equipment. Must be able to process trouble shooting and respond to and drive performance and people development. Individual must ensure all product meets quality specifications and all work is completed in a sanitary and safe setting.
No prior bakery experience is required for this position. Individual must have three or more years experience managing people. And possess a lead by example work ethic.
Individual must work Sunday’s as days off are Tuesday and Saturday. All major holidays are paid with two days off in a row. Individual also must work on holidays as we are producing fresh bread for the public.
Shift hours for this position are 7 am to 5 pm +/- and 10 am to 8 pm +/- depending on the season.

COVID-19 considerations:We have a complete wash down of our facility twice a week and provide employees with PPE daily.

Management: 3 years (Preferred)
