Job Description

Assembly Specialist

Shift: Day Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

Work as part of a team assembling semiconductors under a microscope using a liquid dispensing system, die attach, wire bond, seal, and mark equipmentPrepare materials for production use (i.e. staging, measuring, mixing, etc.)Perform visual inspections before, during, and after the assembly processReview and complete lot travelers to ensure assembly process is documented correctly
Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required3 years minimum experience in manufacturing of small products under a microscopeBasic computer skills (Windows environment and Microsoft Office Preferred)Ability to work under a microscope for extended periodsGood hand eye coordination, dexterity, and basic clean room proficiencyAbility to monitor and assess self-performanceFamiliar with MIL-STD visual inspection criteria preferredMeticulous attention to detail and able to understand work related documentsMust have team-oriented attitude, accountability and ownershipExperience with small hand tools (i.e. tweezers)Highly motivated, hands on, cooperative, and positive attitude a mustUS Citizen or Green Card Holder
