Job Description : Cannabis SpecialistHouse of Dank is currently seeking Cannabis Specialists for our Bel-Air Location.OPEN AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITIONThe main duty of a Cannabis Specialist is to provide excellent customer service to medical and recreational customers. Cannabis Specialists build relationships with customers in order to advise them on potential benefits of different products and strains based on their wants and needs.Responsibilities: Provide welcoming and timely customer serviceConnect and build relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs/wantsExplain potential benefits of various products and advise on proper usage of productsInform customers about benefits of the House of Dank loyalty programQualifying Skills: Comprehend general industry knowledge and uses of cannabisSubject matter expertise should include: strains, cultivation, medical attributes of different strains and productsAbility to listen, connect and build relationships with customersOpen availability for varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysRequirements: Must be 21 years of age of olderMust be on time and work regular scheduled hoursCritical thinking, problem solving, and mathematical skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: $13-15/hr.Employee DiscountHouse of Dank is an equal opportunity employer.
