Job Description : This position will be part of a new program opening Summer 2022, start date will be June 1, 2022
Thrive Wellness Clinical Lead – Residential Treatment Center (RTC)Location: Reno, NV
*The Clinical Lead will report to the Clinical Director. This position is considered exempt (salary) and full time. This position qualifies for Executive PTO Policy and Benefits Package.*
Qualifications: *

2 years post licensure preferred, full licensure required (LCSW, CPC, MFT, PsyD)
CEDS or eating disorder experience preferred.
Ability to work with all ages, genders, individuals and families.
Proficient in spelling, grammar, professional writing, multi-tasking.
Strong computer (EMR) and strong documentation skills.
Demonstrates competency and sensitivity in the areas of multicultural, racial, religious/spiritual, gender, gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation issues.

**Requirements:*

* Must pass federal fingerprint background check at hire and every 3 years.
Must have clear driving record.
Must adhere to the drug-free workplace act.
Demonstrate maturity of judgment, attitude, and life skills.
Must demonstrate an ability to adapt to change and remain flexible.
Must be a strong team player that works well in a busy environment.
Must have strong communication skills and be upbeat, positive, and professional when interacting with clients, providers and fellow co-workers.
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time unsupervised and independently.

*Duties:*

* Assumes clinic supervision and facilitates consult group with staff therapists.
Visioning, implementing, and supervising clinical program maintenance, modification and/or expansion.
Provides input into overall facility planning, staff training and decision making.
Serves on committees and attends clinical meetings as directed by Clinical Director.
Collaborates with Executive Business Office Director, Executive Director, Program Coordinator, Clinical Director and CEO in establishing and maintaining CARF accreditation.
Acts as liaison between referral sources and clients.
Provides crisis intervention to clients as needed.
Conducts chart audits and other quality assurance activities.
Develops policies and procedures to deliver quality client care.
Responds to client incident reports and critical incident reports as needed.
Provides psychoeducation and support to families and clients on weekly basis.
Runs assigned groups.
Holds a caseload.
Assists with family programming.
Part of on-call rotation/schedule.
Assists Program Coordinator with day-to-day flow; i.e., finding coverage for groups or sessions when needed.
Managing admissions and intakes by providing diagnosis and level of care recommendations.
Assist admissions with psychoeducation to clients and families on eating disorders and facilitating admission to program.
Assigning therapists to clients as they admit to program.
Running weekly treatment team meeting.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Weekend availability

License/Certification:

CPR Certification (Preferred)
LCSW, MFT, CPC, or PsyD – Full Licensure (Required)
