What You Will Be Doing

Oversee financial budgets, coordinate contractors, and manage the construction process
Create Construction Schedules
– Client Facing interaction – Professional, Accountable and Reliable

Working within the team (i.e. Architects, Superintendents, Subcontractors and Vendors) to ensure project completion to the Scope of Work

What You Need for this Position

5+ Years as a Project Manager

Custom Single Family Home Builds / Luxury Multi-Family
Strong Communication
Proficient in PM Software & Microsoft Office

Salary Range of $100k – $130k DOE
