Job Description : Position: METRC Compliance Expert (Marijuana)
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Salary: $15-17/ Hourly
Job Statement
We are seeking an experienced cultivation METRC distribution compliance expert to join our team. The distribution METRC compliance expert is responsible for ensuring compliance through proper METRC use, quality assurance, outgoing order preparation, order packing, making/printing compliance labels, developing/implementing inventory control, and managing regulatory documents for packets going to vendors, scan packets to vendors. As well as communicating with departments properly to ensure orders go out to vendor perfectly.
Will be creating spreadsheets of updated weights in accordance with Metrc, Vault inventory, packing inventory, etc.
Responsibilities

Ensure METRC compliance
Stay up to date with state and local regulations and regulation changes
QA, order preparation, packing, packaging, spreadsheets
Maintain detailed records for all transfers, lab-tests, and product sales
Manage all regulatory documents related to METRC
Communicate with METRC as needed
Inventory control and inventory audits
Go-to METRC knowledge expert for staff members
Contribute to continuous development of inventory control and standard operating procedures
Understand and apply basic mathematical knowledge (weights, measurements, and calculations)
Communicate with cultivation crew for plant tags etc.
Assist in getting sticker inventory & orders.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
1-3 years of experience in a regulator environment
Experience with cultivation METRC required
Outstanding oral and written communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must consent to and pass a background check
Must have or be eligible for a Nevada Marijuana Agent Card (Cultivation & Production)

Education

Bachelor’s (Preferred)
