Job Description : The individual in this position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answer and return all office calls in a timely and professional manner
Verify and update data
Assist and support internal groups
Genrate reports
Send and receive email
Assist department director
Additional duties may be assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Multi-tasking and identifying priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Presentation skills including proficiency in basic design
Prior customer service experience
Great problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time
Ability to view and enter data for long periods of time
Can carry supplies up to 50 LBS
Willingness to adapt and champion change
Superior listening and comprehension skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn applications and programs as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent is required but Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Relevant previous professional experience is also required.
