Key responsibilities include building long term relationships with clients, open houses, learning digital geo & traditional farming, home staging and residential leasing.
Our most unique offer for our agents is our Team training and coaching program. AgentPRO’s at Zutila work one-on-one with the actual Broker and learn the ins and outs of the Real Estate industry.
Agents can choose to opt into our ZutilaPRO Team and be given pre-qualified leads in order to jump start their income. You will also be taught to build your data base through one of the HOTTEST CRM systems in the industry.

What you’ll do:
Build long term relationships with high end clients
Work with qualified sellers and buyers
Manage leads, email, text and CRM
Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
Follow ups, e-mail communication and focus on the overall client experience.
Work with industry professionals to assure the client’s needs are always met
Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
Requirements:
Real Estate license is required (We have a real estate school online and live classroom)
E & O Insurance (Errors and Omissions Company Insurance) provided by Zutila
Strong communication skills, including email correspondence, phone etiquette, and professional expression
Emotional intelligence with a strong will to succeed regardless of obstacles
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong time management skills
Physical demands include the ability to use hands to operate computers or office equipment and communicate verbally
