Overview

The Customer Experience Analyst will report into the Quality and Process Improvement organization to provide support to improve product and process quality and enhance the customer’s experience. This position has exposure to executive management and will include analyses such as: Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action and Preventative Action, and other ad-hoc projects as requested. This function will drive urgent product and process improvements to support the strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities
Performs investigation of product quality issues reported through various channels. Works with functional organizations to determine root cause, drive corrective action, and preventative measures.Works with business leaders and cross-functional teams to represent the interests of customers and stakeholders and drives the integration of feedback into decisions on process changes.Participates in targeted customer/field visits as needed.Tracks and monitors resolution of issues and communicates back to stakeholders to assure a closed-loop process.Refines and continually improves internal processes to achieve a quick and effective resolution.Could include other task assigned such as assisting in preparation and execution of Factory Certifications Audits.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.5-8 years experience with data analysisSix Sigma Green Belt certification is a plusSolid product and process knowledge to enable accurate evaluation of effective corrective action to prevent issue recurrence.Critical problem-solving skills; good grasp of problem identification, troubleshooting, and decision-makingAbility to analyze data to identify trends and patterns in issues.Intermediate level SAP knowledge, familiarity with Bills of Material, Variant Configurator, Serena, and JIRA. Excel experience a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.Ability to travel.Advanced ability to research complex issues
