Job Description : This position is in office Monday through Friday.
(This is not a retail or call center position.)
About the Position: To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to multi-task effectively, and organized. Candidates should be able to learn quickly and have a positive attitude.
General Duties· Oversee customer accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained· Maintain customer accounts ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
· Manage and exceed customer expectations and ensure prompt follow through and thorough communication
· Work with various departments and team members in order to ensure customer’s orders and needs are fulfilled expeditiously
