Job Description : Sirius Drive is an expanding work force shuttle company. We have a community of valued contractors and employees who work together and create an environment that is welcoming, caring, and trusting. Our mission is to provide reliable and comfortable shuttle services to various work force communities within the USA areas. As a Field Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating our drivers’ day-to-day operations.
You will partner closely with the field supervisor, dispatch, and operations teams, to support the overall safety and efficiency of service while providing exceptional customer service. This Position is temporarily work from home.
Responsibilities:

Confirming all drivers have the proper equipment and are on track to arrive on time.
Communicates dispatch instructions and expectations to drivers.
Communicates driver issues to supervisors, management and assists with resolution.
Perform prompt and accurate data entry(weekly) of driver payroll, customer invoicing and KPI’s.
Dispatch Local Dedicated Drivers.
Provide leadership, accountability and support to assigned drivers.
Meet and exceed company established KPI’s, monitoring on-time performance.
Adhere to company, state, and federal DOT/OSHA requirements.
Provide customer support as needed, answering questions, addressing needs, providing solutions.
Monitoring driver’s routes ensuring they are practicing safe habits.
Key Operating Costs (e.g., fuel, maintenance, accidents).

The ideal candidate will be:

Experienced in transportation and logistics.
Geographical knowledge of surrounding area.
Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Willing to be flexible based on changing business levels.
Detail-oriented and comfortable learning and using multiple software systems.
Ability to work and communicate with multiple departments – Safety, Human Resources, Maintenance, Customer Service.
