Job Description : Housekeeper, Full-Time with Weekend Shift
Location: Atherton, CA – Live Out
Type: Full Time (40 hours) or Part time (16+ hours)
(Weekend Required)
COMPENSATION:

$25-$42/hour DOE

SUMMARY:
Private family estate is looking for a Housekeeper, Full-Time with Weekend Shift. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, proactive, and can take direction from an Executive Housekeeper with a “can do” attitude. Willing to train junior candidates with the right attitude.
SKILLS:

Experience in cleaning luxury homes.
Experience with washing, steaming, ironing, folding, and caring for luxury linens & delicate fabrics.
Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, squat, crouch, bend and crawl. Ability to lift, push & pull required load (approx 30 lbs).

TASKS:

Clean furniture & fixtures. Wash, dust, polish, vacuum, and sweep assigned areas.
Assist with changing and making the bedding, adhere to time schedules.
Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
Clean sinks, tubs, showers and toilets according to prescribed sanitary standards.
Report any damages or concerns from the furniture, carpets, upholstery, floors, blinds, windows, curtains to the Executive Housekeeper.
Ensure all cleaning equipment & housekeeping tools are maintained and in good working order.
Exterior cleaning, patios, cabanas, balconies, windows, etc.
Oversee vendors in assigned areas, with House Manager’s direction.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in English is preferred. Translation apps will be provided on devices for communication if needed.
5+ years of related experience working in a high-level private home or hotel in a similar role preferred.
References required from current and previous employers.
Must be legally able to work in the United States.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $42.00 per hour
