We have a fantastic opportunity for energetic, self-motivated and inspirational Front of House Managers who can join our award-winning restaurant!
As a Manager, you will act as Maitre d’ and face of our restaurant; generating a strong rapport with guests and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will motivate the team to deliver a seamless and efficient standard of service.
Outside service hours, you will take responsibility for the usual restaurant management duties as well as financial aspects of operation such as budgeting.
We are looking for Managers who are truly in love with restaurant work and are passionate about every aspect of operations. The ideal person will be a strong leader, who staff look up to and want to emulate.
The ideal Manager will come to us from a busy and high-quality establishment. You will have a hands-on approach to the job and will see hospitality as a career that suits your lifestyle. You will have successfully managed and motivated large teams in a busy restaurant environment.
The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean; a food and drink enthusiast who maintains a solid interest in the evolving restaurant scene and trends.
