Job Description : Summary
As a Source+ Greeter, you are setting the tone for our company by being an outstanding customer service professional and information Source+ to promptly assist customers in a friendly, attentive, and helpful manner. Checking customers into the dispensary and collecting all necessary information for state compliance. In addition, will be performing administrative duties and answers phone calls as needed.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and pleasant manner
Responsible for customer ID verification and medical card verification (if applicable)
Responsible for controlling the traffic and flow of customers, which may include the use of programs designated by the Company
Responsible for set up and tear down of greeter areas (A-frames, cones, stanchions, etc.)
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing greeter areas
Responsible for communicating daily specials to customers
Responsible for explaining the benefits of our Rewards program and assisting interested customers with registration
Responsible for directing customers to the appropriate queue (in-store, express, online pickup, and/or curbside)
Responsible for timely execution of tasks as assigned by Customer Service Team Leads and/or Managers and Store Management
Responsible for coordinating with appropriate department personnel to resolve questions and/or issues
Responsible for providing administrative assistance as needed
Responsible for maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork and problem solving

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds occasionally
Must be able to carry, bend, stand, file documents, lift, and push/pull as needed

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years as an individual contributor in a retail environment.
Must be over the age of 21

Possess (or be able to obtain) and maintain an active agent card
Ability to complete and maintain ongoing education and professional development as needed
Commitment to adhere to all State and local medical and recreational cannabis regulations, statutes, laws, and guidance
Commitment to adhere to the SOP’s of the Company
Ability to handle high stress situations and busy atmosphere
Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
Ability to maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work and problem solving

Preferred Qualifications

Cannabis industry experience (retail preferred)
Associates Degree preferred or equivalent job experience

Work Authorization/Security Clearance
