Job Description : BEST Crowd Management is searching for professional, service-focused individuals for Usher, Ticket Taker and Team Leader positions for the most exciting events and venues on the Vegas Strip!

Work the area’s largest events to include Concerts, Award Shows, Boxing, Basketball, Soccer, Hockey, Conventions, Trade Shows, Festivals, VIP Events and much more!

Position Overview:

This position is the front line ambassador some of the most exciting events on the Vegas strip
Create a premier experience for guests at our venues and events
Greet guests as they enter and leave the event
Support guests with wayfinding through out the facility
Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, team officials, players, entertainers and other individuals associated with the events
Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them

Basic Qualifications:

Consent to background check and drug screen
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Have strong, clear communication skills
Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
Ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
