As a Client Services Representative, your primary role will be to process complex requests related to retirement accounts. This role provides the opportunity to work with internal and external customers. You’ll relay complex, ever-changing information about mutual funds and financial service regulations. You don’t need any previous experience or knowledge in investment management to thrive in this job. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career with Capital Group. You will be part of a team, supported by a manager and receive approximately 5 weeks of initial comprehensive classroom training with intermittent periods of time for live reinforcement. This position will be starting on 5/16/22.
