Position : Jr. Art Director – Corporate Las Vegas
Job Description : The Jr. Art Director is responsible for designing and resizing of collateral for both print and digital assets set by the Marketing Team & the Art Director. The Graphic Designer’s role is essential in the production of creative build-outs for various marketing campaigns while managing and completing day- to- day tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities: including but not limited to
Improves existing filing and naming convention system.
Provides quality control over concepts and projects.
Responsible for proofing work for grammar mistakes, inaccuracies, date reconciliation.
Demonstrates ability to anticipate and solve creative problems and production timeline issues.
Works with the marketing team to develop concepts and present to management based on new events and marketing concepts/promotions.
Utilizes production knowledge to create clean and accurate files.
Creates/edits/researches images and graphics for use in marketing collateral.
Participates in all team meetings & Creative brainstorming sessions as assigned by Art Director & Marketing Team
Manage the production, repurposing, resizing, and rethinking of approved design systems while crafting new ones
Collect and complete change requests by various teams and departments in a timely manner
Complete all key art collateral and other creative work as assigned by Art Director
Uphold brand standards on all design work completed from menu editing/design to marketing campaigns & brand development
Assist Art Director with large-scale projects from a creative view point to include: websites, branding, photo/video shoots, content, campaigns, etc.
Openly welcome feedback from Marketing teams to make improvements to designs for a stronger end product that is aligned with business objectives and messaging
Ensure all work is looked over by Art Director before submitting for approvals/production
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma preferred
Ability to work with emerging software’s included but not limited to: Adobe Design Suite, After Effects etc
Ability to edit and process photography and videography raw files- Experience with Photo / Video shoots
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Valid Driver’s License
18+ years of age
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
Must have good positive energy to make it through the day
Must be able to read the computer monitors
Must be able to print legibly for guests to read
Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English language
Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office and/or venue
Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Must be dexterous and able to participate in all service aspects.
Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry as necessary
Must be able to push and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls
Ability to reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Ability to talk, hear, taste, and smell
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Occasionally work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity of which depends upon Guest volume
Office work hours are Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and occasionally work on weekends and holidays with advance notice
