Job Description : HIRING FOR: SILVER STREAM APARTMENTS
Looking for a high energy, well spoken individual for our apartment community. Must have great communication, be a self-starter and a team player.
Job Duties:

Responds to phone and email inquiries including but not limited to providing leasing information, scheduling appointments, creating maintenance requests, and resolving resident complaints.
Stand and Greet prospective residents, assess needs, tours apartments, collect deposits, rent payments.
Process rental applications, prepares and reviews lease agreements/renewals
Maintains courteous communications and follow-up correspondence with residents, applicants, prospective residents

Required Experience:

Minimum one year leasing experience.
Experience using property management accounting software is preferred.

Pay: TBD – Based on experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Supplemental Pay:

Commission pay

Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
