Remote Position
Job Title: Manager of Creative ServicesDepartment: MarketingReports To: Director of Brand MarketingClassification: Full-time, Exempt
Summary: In relation to contributing to SJVC’s mission and goals, under the direct supervision of the Director of Brand Marketing, the Manager of Creative Services is the creative lead for the marketing department. This position is responsible for the development and production of communication content and materials for various College stakeholder groups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Director of Brand Marketing, develop creative that communicates effectively with prospective students, current students, faculty and staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to messaging and content of all student recruitment activities
Manage projects to design and produce marketing communication materials for all media
Collaborate with marketing team to develop creative assets that effectively represent the College on social media platforms
Perform other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirectly supervises the in-house graphic designer and videographer.

Design – Generates creative solutions; translates concepts and information into images, brochures, videos and advertisements; uses feedback to modify designs; applies design principles; demonstrates attention to detail.
Versatility – Is able to take on a variety of different tasks and roles in the organization. Can move in a relatively seamless manner from one task or focus to another and can fill in for other team members when they are absent or are experiencing work overload.
Project Management – Develops project plans; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and budget; manages project team activities.

Education and/or Experience – Bachelor’s degree preferred; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required degree(s) must be from institutions accredited by recognized U.S. accrediting agencies. Degrees from non-U.S. institutions are recognized only if equivalence has been established and provided. Agency Experience Strongly Preferred. Must have creative experience with all media with emphasis on video/tv production.
Travel – Must be able and willing to travel to campus and training locations as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
