Initial schedules include a mix of nights and weekend shifts. Some schedules offer additional pay incentives for working all nights and weekends… ask about “Premium Shifts.”
Common Job Responsibilities:

Checks in patients as they arrive.
Performs Hourly Building Checks.
Performs Daily Room Inventory.
Maintains and stock offices and building supplies.
Maintains a Daily Task-List
Collects all daily co-pays, co-insurances, day of service fees, and Attendance Fees.
Facilitates storytime during the scheduled times.
Maintains and check the company’s Lost and Found.
Documents all patient or guardian interactions in detail.
Assists with marketing duties as assigned.
Photographs daily therapy activities and special events.
Assists with Holiday activities and decorations in the clinic(s).
Provides the initial point of communication between parents and administrative departments.
Maintains the aesthetic appearance of the clinic.
Assists and Supports Therapy staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Reports damaged property or malfunctioning equipment to the Facility Coordinator.
Completes opening and closing duties in all locations, as well as assigned daily checks or projects.
Performs any additional tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:  

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
Must be able to lift up to  25 -pounds at times. 
Ability to navigate various departments and locations of the company.
