Position : Order Entry Clerk
Job Description : Order Entry Clerk
The Order Entry Clerk in our Nevada Warehouse is responsible for entering and monitoring orders/data. The ideal candidate is highly efficient in autonomously prioritizing daily tasks and has strong communication and organization skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all online portals
Import/process incoming orders in a timely manner
Enter and monitor order tracking numbers
Respond to department emails
Analyze and solve order entry issues independently
Update vendor portal inventory
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma/GED required
Prior warehouse experience or similar preferred but not required
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google suite programs
Communicate and read effectively in the English Language
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently as part of a team
Able to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
Must possess great attention to details
Must have open availability to work any shift as assigned

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
