Job Description : Press Operator – (Heidelberg Press) Swing Shift
Full time position
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:30pm – 1:00am
Job Responsibilities:
Will include, but not be limited to:
Responsible for setting up and running large format sheet-fed presses.
Produces offset press projects in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
Ensures all press equipment is functioning properly and with guidelines.
Monitors equipment to ensure proper ink water balance.
Troubleshoots and completes minor equipment repairs.
Establish color quality and ensures consistency throughout the process.
Follow all standard operating procedures relevant to the job, position, and department.
Similar related duties as assigned.
Must maintain excellent attendance reliability.
Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment, nights, weekends, and possibly some holidays, depending on department needs.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Experience with either KBA Rapida, Komori, Heidelberg large format sheet-fed presses and able to technically troubleshoot the presses a plus.
Experience with UV Ink, and Sheet-Fed presses a plus.
Current Presses in Use: Heidelberg 6 color: CD 74 UV, Heidelberg 5 color: XL75 UV.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Press Operator: 3 years (Required)
Shift availability:
Night Shift (Preferred)
