Job Summary:

You will work behind-the-scenes to collaborate with colleagues and managers to help accomplish HR-related tasks. You will work with the Onboarding and Recruiting team.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will:
Be responsible for the onboarding and orientation
Prepare paperwork for new hires and establish personnel files
Gather information of new employee status
Recruit for all locations in need
Conduct pre screen interviews as well as scheduling interviews
Work with the HR department to strategize new techniques for improvement areas
Qualifications and Requirements:
Expert at Excel functions
Google Drive
Familiar with Multi State laws and regulations. Effective oral and written communication skills
At least 1 years of experience in HR or similar position
Familiar with paperless environment
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
