Who is Back Office Betties? We are a boutique virtual receptionist service for law firms in the United States and Canada. Our clients rely on us to be the first impression and the voice of their law firm. Law firms invest a lot of money in Back Office Betties in order to provide their own callers with a world-class customer service experience, meaning that we must continually be the best at what we do. Our Legal Intake Specialists go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service through detailed call handling instructions, scheduling appointments, answering FAQ’s, taking messages and transferring calls.
We are currently in search of a Call Center Team Supervisor. The Call Center Team Supervisor reports directly to our Director of Operations and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of their team. Your team’s #1 goal is to first provide Unparalleled Service. Their 2nd goal is to ensure that we doing so in an efficient manner.
The majority of your job responsibilities will fall under leading, managing and holding accountable our call center agents. You should be able to balance being firm with high expectations, yet also being a listening ear and empathetic leader. Your job as a Call Center Team Supervisor is to provide exceptional service to your direct reports while also ensuring they maintain the highest of quality standards. Additional to this you will ensure proper and efficient scheduling of your team. All of our Call Center Team Supervisor should be a shining example of our Core Values.

You must reside in AZ, NV, TX or FL. No exceptions.
2+ years of managerial experience in customer service or a call center is required*

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
