Job Responsibilities

Provide concierge services for guests checking in and staying on property – help plan their vacations
In-person appointment-setting with guests checking into our resorts
Invite guests to in-person workshops in exchange for a gift
Offer gifts – such as free meals at local restaurants, free tourist activities, or free night stays at our resorts and hotels – as thanks for attending workshop
Leads provided
Partner with resort staff to provide world-class concierge services and an incredible vacation experience

Job Expectations and Requirements

1+ year of sales experience preferred, not required
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
Maintain production standards
