Job Description : We are one of the top medical aesthetics practices in North San Diego County, with two locations- Rancho Bernardo and Carlsbad. We offer a range of professional skincare and minimally-invasive cosmetic treatments, including Botox®, Juvederm, Coolsculpting, Laser Assisted Liposuction, TruSculpt Flex, a variety of Lasers for skin rejuvenation, such as Pico, Icon, CO2. and more!
We are seeking a Medical Assistant with a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team. We believe that building relationships is the key to our years of success. Impeccable customer service experience is a MUST! Prior experience in the medical spa field is a plus but not a requirement.
The ideal candidate:

Has a passion for skin care.
Will ensure proper transition and flow throughout the office.
Can coordinate and manage busy schedules for multiple medical providers.
Is willing to assist with both front and back office responsibilities.
Communicates effectively with patients and staff.
Can confidently educate patients on services and demonstrate product application.
Assists in client preparation and post medical care, confidentially and professionally.
Is able to perform standard opening and closing procedures.
