Position : School Site Coordinator
Job Description : The Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is all about creating a place where every kid feels safe and connected: a place to belong and a place to become. This is that place for over 14,000 youth, from infants to teens, in 35+ locations across Reno, Sparks, Fernley, Winnemucca and Ely. We are a place for kids to go before and after school, during school breaks, and during the summer to grow beyond the classroom. We help kids achieve great futures by providing a safe and fun space, an engaging Club experience, and caring professionals to guide them along the way. We provide special, structured programming around our Club’s core values: Character & Leadership Development, Sports Fitness & Recreation, STEM, Art, and Health & Life Skills.
The School Site Coordinator directs the overall daily operations for their designated Club house site. Responsibilities will include:
* Oversee and provide direction for program development and delivery.
* With the assistance of the Human Resources Department, will recruit, hire and manage personnel issues for all direct reports.
* Ensure that all areas of the Club house are in excellent working condition, maintained, safe and secure for our staff, members and guests.
We have multiple positions available at schools around Reno and Sparks, including full time and part time positions!
