Job Description : KPS3 is looking for an experienced social media manager who will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring social media for a variety of clients ranging from food and beverage and travel, to healthcare and business.

The Social Media Manager should enjoy working with people, both internal and clients to accomplish business goals. They should be highly motivated, organized and able to build authentic online connections and communities.
They know how to plan ahead with content, how to read analytics and how to maintain a brand’s identity online. They will drive day-to-day management and engagement, along with keeping the production team on schedule for asset creation.
They understand how to identify what’s trending and how to navigate clients into being on board with them. This person should also be comfortable with community and reputation management and writing best practices.
Some requirements:
Proven expertise in content planning and implementation, samples should accompany your resume
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in social media
Experience in managing direct reports
Some plusses, but not dealbreakers:
You can create original content such as TikTok and Reels, Canva or Figma, Photoshop and Lightroom
You are an excellent iPhone photographer
You know how to use Sprout or another content management tool
