Position : Vacation Rental Cleaner
Job Description : BE YOUR OWN BOSS: We are looking for several Cleaners to take care of our vacation rentals turnover cleaning and house keeping. We value team players, that are reliable, have high cleaning standards and great communication. If you have experience cleaning vacation rentals, in housekeeping, or have spent time in the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.Pay- Cleaners are paid a flat rate per unit, which is benchmarked with an estimated time to complete each unit. Our properties ranging from 1bedroom to 3 bedrooms, and pay ranges $75-$95/unit per time.- You will be hired as Independent Contractors (W9).ResponsibilitiesYou will need a reliable vehicle as you will be driving to the units. A reliable smart phone is also required as we use app based scheduling software.AREAS IN THE UNIT THAT REQUIRE CLEANING + STAGING (standard and deep cleaning): – Bathrooms – Kitchens (including appliances) – Bedrooms – General sitting rooms – Entry ways – Laundry management (washing/drying to prepare each turn)Making sure unit is always left “guest ready”SkillsPrevious cleaning experience (preferred)Ability to perform tasks under timelineAbility to lift weight up to 40 lbs.
