Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and detailed oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruiting team, who will manage the hiring funnel for direct placement accounts. Must have experience navigating multiple client requisitions with full accountability while moving at a fast pace. This role is crucial to the growth of the team and you will work closely with the recruiting leadership & recruiting operations teams to create an environment that sets a benchmark for performance and results. The right person can deliver quality hires, in a volume that matches the speed of our growth, while at the same time optimizing the experience for candidates and managers. Responsibilities

Proactively engage, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions for assigned clients
Manage the headcount plan to align recruiting and the hiring teams on topics like priority, volume, and process
Develop a structured interview process for each role
Ensure that we are measuring the most relevant skills in a consistent way across all candidates
Navigate candidates and hiring managers through a complex compensation program, including pitching the value of equity value and overseeing the offer approval process
Communicate effectively with the interview team to optimize the experience of the candidate, hiring manager, and interview team

Requirements

3+ years of experience in an agency or corporate setting
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in a growth or startup environment
3+ years of experience using ATS systems for managing contacts, candidates and the hiring pipeline
Experience in scoping new roles to develop job descriptions
Experience in volume hiring and prioritization skills
Proven ability to deliver significant impact as an individual contributor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

Pay: $24,850.00 – $103,429.00 per year
