Our growing company is looking for a Verifications Specialist to support our Accounting Team where you will be processing check, credit and debit card, and money order payments for clientele. Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment, while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities

Responsibilities:

Ability to consistently and accurately process data
Follow procedures to resolve payment discrepancies and follow procedures to offer solutions and resolve problems in a variety of contexts
Utilize excellent organizational skills to process and apply payments accurately, independently, or as part of a team
Assist with various projects as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months to a year in a similar role
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced energetic work environment
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Proficiency in a variety of software systems including Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English
