Job Description : To complement our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Sales to join our amazing Sales team. This is an opportunity for someone to build and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers or Sales Representatives. An ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience leading a team to outperform not only against internally developed targets, but as measured by market share growth. Strong relationship building skills, particularly in B2C sales are critical. If you are passionate about helping to grow our partner/dealer network and enthusiastic about our company, then this is the role for you.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and motivate team of regional sales managers and sales representatives & partner development managers to exceed sales volume targets and quality goals

Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the sales team’s ability to succeed
Promote financing programs to new dealers and support dealer relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the voice of the channel to drive product innovation for our solar or home improvement program and features
Gather, assess, and prioritize improvements in the sales process and organization to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
Provide competitive analysis on territories, and provide context and perspective on regional differences
Pipeline management: accountable for all segments of pipeline management from the top of the funnel through to countersignature; with an ability to identify and address impediments to opportunity flow.
Forecast primary success metrics: countersigned volume, new active partners, and active partners
Track travel and promotional spending budget for the team
Hold bi-weekly manager meeting to set and enforce standards.
Hold training classes at units.
Hold product training classes at the units before the product live date.
Participate in unit staff meetings.
Oversee team member certifications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

BA or BS preferred or equivalent related work experience.
Proven leadership skills: 3 years managing, motivating, developing, and earning the respect of a team in home improvement
Strong relationship building and sales skills, especially managing a B2B dealer network
Experience selling consumer financial products
Demonstrated experience balancing dealer needs and requests with Mosaic business objectives and limitations
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a particular attention to laying out a problem statement, associated symptoms
Proven history of exhibiting accountability and exceeding goals
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
Data-driven by nature, but able to balance the story told by the data, with the operational and process reality in the field
Ability to form a market narrative, based on your engagement with individual partners
Ability and demonstrated experience in identifying issues before they become problems.
Problem-solving skills with the capability to mediate tough issues involving salespeople, partners, product and engineering resources, senior leadership, and other stakeholders
Ability to adapt to a competitive, dynamic, high growth environment, that is evolving its business practices, products and go to market approach

Ability to travel (up to 50% of time)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
