Job Description
Malouf Companies™ is looking for an organized and dependable compliance clerk to join our growing legal team. The position involves a variety of compliance and regulatory functions.
This is a full-time position. General schedule is 8am-5pm Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities

Manage all initial licensure applications
Actively monitor expiration dates and ensure appropriate renewal applications are submitted
Manage spreadsheets and documentation
Respond to internal and external requests for compliance maintenance
Act as one of the primary points of contact between the company and the compliance department
Research and document national and state compliance requirements
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other functional teams
Coordinate legal and compliance documentation with attorneys and directors
Develop written procedures for job responsibilities under manager’s direction

Qualifications and Skills
Required

Maintain confidentiality
Patiently and efficiently manage multiple projects, tasks, and situations
Thoroughly and accurately accomplish tasks
Work under tight deadlines
Skillfully use of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) to effectively perform essential daily duties
Proficient in the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g., interpersonal skills, letter composition, email etiquette)
Willingness to learn

Preferred

Compliance and regulation exposure (product, data, safety)
Administrative support, paralegal, or research experience
